- fix a little issue with the Server List GUI, not showing the chosen charset while editing the network data
- SSL available (MiniSSL from OpenSSL 0.9.8.d)

- python plugin not included anymore, but available here, in two versions, linked against python 2.4 and python 2.5. Grab the one you need (if you do at all)
- an experimental ruby 1.8 plugin is available here (put both xchat-ruby.dll and rubyenv.ini files on the plugins folder and make sure the paths in the ini file are correct)
